Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PasspoPet ("the App"), developed and maintained by Anna Veretennykova ("the Developer", "we", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. These Terms apply in addition to any terms imposed by Apple Inc. through the App Store.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use PasspoPet.
• If you are between 13 and 17, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
• You must notify us immediately at support@annave.tech if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

PasspoPet is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to:

• Create and manage pet profiles for pets in your care
• Store vaccination records, official documents, and health history
• Share pet profiles with trusted family members or caretakers
• Export health reports for your own use or to share with a veterinarian

You must not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the App in a way that could harm, disable, or impair its functionality
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content without our written consent

• PasspoPet is an organisational tool, not a veterinary or medical service.
• The App does not provide veterinary advice or diagnosis of any kind.
• Information stored in the App is for personal record-keeping purposes only.
• PasspoPet does not issue, validate, or replace official government or vet-issued pet passports.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

• PasspoPet offers optional donations (tips) via Apple In-App Purchases.
• All payments are securely processed by Apple; the Developer does not handle payment data.
• Donations are voluntary and not required for full App functionality.
• Refunds and billing disputes are governed by Apple's payment policies.

• All App content, design, code, and trademarks are the intellectual property of the Developer.
• These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the App.
• No ownership of intellectual property is transferred to you.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Information stored in the App will be accurate or complete
• The App will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profit arising from use of the App
• Health decisions made based on information stored in the App
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Interruption or unavailability of the App

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

The App may interact with third-party services (such as Apple's payment infrastructure and cloud storage providers). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service. Use of such services is subject to their own terms.

• You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account as described in our Account Deletion Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply, those rights are not affected by these Terms. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated within the App before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available at annave.tech/passpopet/terms.
