End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Anna Veretennykova ("Developer", "we", "our") for the use of PasspoPet ("the App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

This Agreement applies to your use of the App obtained through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to this Agreement and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance services for the App.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

• Download and install the App on Apple devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms

This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or distribute the App.

The App and all its content — including software code, design, graphics, user interface elements, trademarks, and documentation — are the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Official vet-issued passports and government documents stored within the App remain the property of the issuing authority.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Use the App in any way that violates Apple's App Store Review Guidelines

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you enter into the App.
• The App is intended for personal organisational use only — it is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical advice.
• PasspoPet does not issue or validate official government or vet-issued passports. Always carry original documents when required by law or travel regulations.

• The App offers optional donations ("tips") through Apple In-App Purchases.
• All payments are processed exclusively by Apple. The Developer does not receive or store your payment card details.
• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, subject to Apple's refund policies.
• Core App functionality is available without any purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. The Developer expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages arising from decisions made based on information stored in the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded by mandatory law, it is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You acknowledge that:

• This Agreement is between you and the Developer, not Apple.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
• In the event of any App failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

This Agreement is effective from the date you first use the App and continues until terminated.

• You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.
• The Developer may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any provision of this Agreement.
• Upon termination, all rights granted under this licence cease immediately.

This Agreement is governed by applicable international law for digital services and technology products. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you additional rights, those rights are not affected by this Agreement.

The Developer may modify this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the App before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. The current version is always available at annave.tech/passpopet/eula.
